heh sorry haven't updated my blog in a long time.. i started work already.. and don't have a computer there.. so cannot go online.. heh.. anyway, i'm working at oub centre at raffles place.. at a redemption counter on level five.. heh.. wa on the first day right, it was SUPER boring.. 'cos there were hardly any customers who came to redeem their prizes.. and my colleague and i were so bored.. hahaha.. and i was telling her that i hate it when i've got nothing to do during work.. i don't mind being busy leh.. but i hate it when i'm just wasting my time there.. ya..
so anyway, the second day and third day (today) were much much better! heh.. 'cos the shops were re-informed about this "prosperity tikam" thingy.. so more customers came.. heh.. this job is good in a sense that i helps me to deal with people.. ya.. you know there will be some customers who are like super duper fussy.. some who are like super hostile.. some who are over friendly.. but overall, it gives me exposure lah.. my previous job also, the one at tantockseng.. also deals with "handling people".. hahahah! that sounds funny but you know what i mean.. heh =)
my colleague is this girl waiting for her 'O' Level results.. yup.. she's very nice! heh.. =) it's good that we can get along.. heh =)
my boss is this guy who has his own company.. he does like planning and organizing roadshows, parties, activities et cetera.. wa really respect man.. he starting working when he was in sec one.. then after that he set up his own company.. just admire him lah.. actually hor you realise right, that the people who drop out from school are very successful in life? and most of them are like entrepreneurs.. heh.. really respect these people.. =)

oh ya.. i knew about this job through my brother.. 'cos he's actually doing this oub centre chinese new year project with my boss.. yup.. =) actually i was suppose to do the fairy job too.. then have to dress up as a fairy and give out flyers.. hahaha.. the pay is SUPER good.. thirty dollars an hour.. but thank God that i didn't do it in the end.. 'cos i don't think i'll look good in the costume!! hahahah! wait ah.. show you all the picture.. =)
oh!! today i bought some food from Polar Puffs and Cakes during lunch.. and you guys MUST try the DURIAN CRUMBLE!!!!! my goodness it's DELICIOUS!!!!! really!!!! super duper nice! heh.. but it really crumbles quite easily lah.. hahaha! but seriously.. it's really yummy! heh.. =) then today my boss bought for us this pastry kind of thingy from Dilly's Corner or something like that lah.. super duper nice too! got curry filings or char siew filings.. then the pastry around it was like soft pastry.. heh.. both were super duper nice! heh... wa.. see lah.. i'm eating too much again.. hahahah!
oh! i watched Nobody Knows! this japanese movie about a mother abandoning her four kids in a small apartment.. all the kids are actually half-siblings 'cos their fathers are all different.. and the show is about how the eldest son takes care of his siblings.. yup.. go watch it! =) it's quite an artsy show.. the director likes to drag the scene a little longer than usual then fade away.. get what i mean? like suppose the scene shows the girl at the washing machine washing the clothes, then after that the girl leaves the washing machine.. but then the camera doesn't leave the scene.. it hangs there and just shows the washing machine.. get what i mean? hahahah! i guess he just wants the emotions to "linger on"... yeah.. heh.. =) the actor who acted as the eldest son won the award for Best Actor for a Foreign Film in the Cannes awards.. yup.. he's super cute! heh.. handsome lah i would say... i think it's his eyes.. heh =)
i watched the show with pamela!!! finally i got to meet up with her.. 'cos we always say want to meet up but time doesn't permit.. but FINALLY.. heh.. really so glad to see her again.. she's one of those friends whom you dont' see for a long time but when you finally meet, the both of us can just talk like the good 'ol times.. heh.. very nice.. =) we met at yoshinoya for lunch, then talk talk, then went to orchard library and looked a photography books.. hahaha.. and cook books too.. and her travel books.. (oh we met anna wong there! heh), then she recommended me the vanilla milkshake from Cafe Galilee.. it costs four bucks.. but i tell you.. it's SUPER nice!!!!! heh =) you all must go try! =D
then after that we walked to Borders 'cos she had this gift voucher card that she could use.. then in borders we just went our separate ways.. heh.. i was looking at First.. you know the singapore movie magazine? yup.. then i saw the review on Noboby Knows.. then i really wanted to watch it.. heh.. then after that i went to look at some home magazines.. 'cos i'll most probably be moving house.. moving to Oxley.. some place between park mall and clarke quay.. yup.. then anyway after that pam and i met up.. and i told her that i really wanted to watch Noboby Knows.. and it turns out that she really wanted to watch it too!!! heh.. =) so we happily rushed down to cine to catch the movie! heh =)
hmm.. do i have anything more to say? let me think ah.. hahaha
oh! my boss is a christian too!! he goes to fcbc church! yup! =)
oh and i have a voucher for Famous Amos cookies!! ten dollars for 300gms of cookies! save $2.40! yummy yummy! =) got the voucher from the flyers that i'm giving out.. hahahahah!
oh today at work quite "exciting".. hahahah! 'cos the OTO Bodycare people FINALLY delivered the OTO Heat Eye Pack (one of the prizes).. then my boss didn't have enough cash to give to them.. and they are so irritating.. don't accept cheque.. where got such thing one right? bleh.. so anyway, he faster called my colleague and i and asked whether we got any money on us so that we can help him.. yup.. so we faster closed the counter (anyway it was already seven.. the time our work ends).. and we ran down to the atms to withdraw money.. heh..
ok lah.. i think i shall stop here.. heh.. =) i'll post some time later!! and that will most probably be like many many days later.. hahahah! =)

sent tong, chai and kahyi off yesterday.. we met at ya kun at united square at around ten thirty first.. meh meh, ah mah, mer, chai, tong, kahyi, albert, cy, and markie teng were there too! =) then we just talked crap and laugh and laugh and laugh.. hahahah! i didn't know tong and chai and kahyi would go and shave their heads first.. hahaha! was quite shocked to see them.. but they looked the same lah.. just that tong looks alittle funny.. hahahah! kahyi looks the same.. and as for chai.. his ears were sticking out more than usual.. hahahah! super funny.. =)

then after that mer tong albert and i went to tekong.. met up with tong's parents and his brother.. tong's mummy wanted to go tekong too, but his daddy didn't want to.. so she had to go back with him lor.. then tong's brother followed us.. but thennnn.. the sergeant didn't let the brother go to tekong, 'cos he was wearing slippers.. why so strict??!!! haiyo... so in the end it was just the three of us, mer tong and me, we took the ferry to tekong.. saw ben, yuehan, jeremy and benedict.. sc one guys... so proud of tong.. he's so smart.. heh =)
so then tong got separated from us at the tour of the area.. but then mer and i have been to tekong before lah.. so we were just talking to ourselves during the tour.. heh.. then tong called us and told us that his mummy came back.. 'cos she found out the tong's brother couldn't come with us to tekong.. what happened was that his mummy and father were on the way back home already.. then his mummy couldn't take it anymore and just took a taxi back to the ferry terminal.. hai.. a mummy's love.. heh.. so sweet.. heh.. but we could tell that she really wanted to see tong off lah.. it was his daddy who was bo chap.. hahahah! anyway tong's mummy is super nice.. very friendly and funny and happy.. hahahah! she really reminds me of my mg chinese teacher leh... bee,serene, do you remember? the brain?? heh.. =) looks like her also.. heh.. =)
anyway so we went through the oathtaking, the video presentation and the speech by the lutenant.. hahaha i don't know how to spell lah.. don't care.. hahaha.. then after that we went to the cookhouse for dinner.. the food was fine lah.. i'm not very fussy about food.. heh.. then very funny lor.. everyone started leaving lah.. then tong was so kan cheong you know.. 'cos we wanted to take picture with him lah.. then after taking the picture he was like, hurry hurry.. i need to go.. hahahaha.. then he went off.. so then mer, tong's mummy, and i went back to the ferry terminal on tekong's side.. then we saw that the other enlistees were still there with their family and friends saying their goodbyes! then we were like, where did tong go??!! haahah! he really kan cheong spider lah.. i think he went to start training already.. hahahahah! i really wonder where he went leh.. hahahah.. maybe he got lost.. hahahahah anyway, tong's mummy got onto the ferry back to mainland first.. mer and i stayed back to wait for hazel..
the sergeants there were super duper nice lah.. and friendly.. heh.. 'cos at first mer and i were waiting at the dock.. is it called the dock? hahaha.. then this sergeant asked us whether we want to go back to the area and wait for them.. then he escorted us back to the audi.. but the presentaiton was still on so we couldn't go in lah.. then there was this sergeant standing outside.. i think he's super high rank one lah.. hahaha.. he was wearing the red coloured cap.. like the sergeant's one but it's red.. and holding some stick.. hahahah! ok fine, i don't know army stuff.. hahahah! then anyway, he invited us to wait at the cookhouse first.. so we could have a seat.. super nice people.. heh.. =)
anyway soon after, hazel and chai and his parents came out.. and wa! we saw alot of ac people! let me try to remember, keith oh, ka chun, narvine, mervyn, lionel, kahyi and chai.. eh? there should be one more guy but i can't remember.. heh.. anyway, they are really blessed lah.. all in the same company, jaguar.. at least they have ac people there with them.. heh =)
(oh ya, for our pictures and directions and enquires right, we always happen to ask this particular sergeant lah.. so pai seh.. then after that mer and i stayed back right, then he was there too.. when we went back to the cookhouse to be with chai and hazel right, he saw us too.. hahaha.. super paiseh.. hahahah!)

then after that chai said goodbye to his parents.. and i think mer was suddenly very touched.. and though about tong? =) then she started to cry.. hahahahah! sorry mer.. i laugh at you again.. haahhaa.. but don't worry lah, the boys will be fine.. really.. =)
we went back to mainland, looked around abit, i ate my macdonalds icecream, then we got onto the mrt and went back home.. =)
oh at clementi interchange right.. i wanted to get something to eat.. so i went to seveneleven.. then i suddenly felt like drinking some alcohol.. hahahah! didnt' want to drink barcardi.. so i called serene and asked her to recommend.. heh.. then she said this Venom drinnk was not bad.. five percent alcohol, so i bought it.. and bought m&ms cripsy! heh.. the drink was ok lah.. blue in colour one.. tasted like medicine at first.. but then afterwards it was fine.. i don't know why i felt like drinking.. i'm weird.. hahahaha.. then me, my jiejie and mummy watched the bachelor together.. heh.. the girls are quite pretty.. heh.. =) there's this cheerleader in there.. she's so high.. hahaha.. very bimbo-ish.. hahahah! but anyway, she got a rose.. hahaha
oh! my korkor recommended me a job again! heh.. ten dollars an hour! praise God man! heh.. =) see! He is good! =) it's this international sos call centre thingy.. so i had to do my resume.. my sister helped me with it.. =) really hope i can get the job! =) training will be provided but it'll be half price per hour.. so five dollars per hour.. something like that.. not very sure yet.. =) i really can't wait to work leh.. i hate slacking around everyday.. it's not good for the health.. i'll just get fat.. hahahahahah! no no noo.. cannot say that.. must say that i am healthy and i'll keep in shape in Jesus's name! hahahah! must confess the right things.. =)
hey it makes sense to miss someone only at night right? hahahah... when everything is dark and quiet... hahahaha! ok fine, so out of point.. hahaha.. only some of you know what i'm talking about.. heh =)
anyway, today i woke up and i watched stairway to heaven! hahahah! (yes serene, i still haven't watched finish yet.. hahahah! last three episodes already.. heh) then i cry and cry and cry.. hahahaha! it's really very sad okkkk.. hahahahah! and kwon sang woo is super cute lah.. can't stand it.. hahahah! anyway i got chased away by my sister 'cos she wanted to watch face lift...
eh you know i think we're really moving out leh.. my jiejie and i discussed about the deco of our new room.. heh.. but it doesn't feel like we're moving out at all.. 'cos we haven't even started packing.. i think everything's just happening too fast.. my jiejie is getting ready to go to the new house now to do some measurements.. yeah.. hai.. i don't want to move leh.. although i know it'll be for the better lah.. 'cos our current house is really messy and too small for all our things... but then my jiejie says right, alot of our books and things will have to be left behind.. 'cos no space.. hai.. till the day we really start packing then i'll really believe that we're moving out..
i'll miss west coast.. i really like the sea leh.. and syc is so super nice.. and next time when i study in nus also.. it'll be super convenient for me.. now we move away.. hai.. dont' know whether oxley has wind somemore.. aiya! everything is in God's hands! =) He'll make it prosper! =) prosper prosper prosper! heh =) only good things can come from God.. =D
what else do i want to say ah? ohhh.. i know.. i want to post a picture of us the other time at carolling.. heh.. just a few girls lah.. deb, janiah, gris and me! heh.. on the bus.. =)
oh!! and one more! my jaguar!! hahahahhaah! the other time on christmas day went to er qiu and san qiu's house.. then in their carpark got this jaguar packed there.. wa! praise God! hahahaha! 'cos i've been wanting to take a picture with a jaguar.. hahahah! so anyway, my jiejie helped me take the picture.. quite paiseh lah.. but don't care lah.. hahahahah! i claim this jaguar in Jesus's name! heh =) Jesus says, "ask and it will be given to you".. heh.. =D

i went back to ac yesterday!!! hahahahah! =) suppose to meet sheryl and hazel at bueno vista mrt at eight thirty but i only left the house at eight thirty 'cos i was taking my time.. hahaha.. but then funniest thing was that hazel called me just went i left my house and said that she just woke up.. and she sounded super guilty.. hahahah!
anyway, met sheryl at the bus stop outside school.. then we walked in together.. heh.. and the security guard just stared at us but never stop and question us... heh.. we went to the oldham wing and saw all the ogls there.. and i saw chris's brother! hahahah! didn't know he would be an ogl.. heh.. passed cass the waterguns.. then sheryl went to talk to some people she knew and i just joined in and made friends.. hahaha.. this year's orientation has alot of groups.. 'cos of the dragon year thingy.. ya.. then all the groups' names were funny funny one.. like my ogl year.. oh ya, their orienation is called mosaic.. pieces of the ac passion.. but i think our shirt is nicer.. heh..
so anyway, sheryl and i decided to go to the canteen to get a drink or sth.. then guess who i saw?! zhaoming!! hahahah! he was in his ac uniform with his super long and gel-ed hair.. hahaah! and... he was wearing the basketball captain badge.. hahahah! my junior thinks he's very cute.. hahahah! i would have never imagined that he would come back lor.. he's so slack.. hahaha!
then anyway we got our drink and sat at the void deck.. met some of sheryl's dance juniors and my og juniors.. talk talk.. then later we decided to join in the games! heh.. we crashed keith's and jolene's og.. they were quite quiet lah.. then the girls never talk to the guys one.. hahahah! aiya, but don't blame them lah.. second day only.. heh... but the girls were like very quiet that kind.. heh.. so anyway sheryl and i decided to inject some fun into the group... hahahah! tried to get everyone to talk and stuff. and cheer and stuff.. anyway the first game was this tail thingy.. we were suppose to get into a long line with a red ribbon sticking out from our shorts at the back.. then we have to pull each other's ribbons and see which group has the most number of ribbons at the end of the game lah.. quite fun lah.. but quite violent.. hahaha! 'cos we had our hands on each other's shoulders.. you know like a choo-choo-train? hahah! ya.. then it's very hard to keep up with one another.. 'cos the two ends of the train may decide to go separate ways.. then the people in the middle will be like kena pulled two ways lah.. hahahaha.. anyway, konolith won! yay!! hahahah! =)
oh and i saw janiah! heh =)
the next game was ultimate frisbee.. this was gross 'cos they dipped the whole frisbee into a tub of glooey starch!!! and it looked sick lah.. looked like mucus.. hahahahah! so when we threw the frisbee right, disgusting blobs of starch started flying in all directions.. hahahahah! one very important thing about this game is to NOT open your mouth.. hahahaha! anyway, we won again.. but the game was quite messy lah.. as in the rules and stuff.. but never mind, we won.. hahahahah!
then later we played this other game lah.. aiya, but i lazy to explain.. anyway we lost.. hahaha by one point.. .then the whole group had a forfeit lah.. we had to squat in a circle and the station master would pour two tubs of water over us.. hahahah! but sheryl and i gladly sat out.. hahahah! i didn't bring change of shorts lah.. or else i wouldn't mind joining in.. heh
after that we played one game were everyone had to get onto the chairs, and like cannot get off.. and like we had to reach a certain point lah.. aiya, i think you all know this game.. it's always played one.. that one was quite fun.. heh.. =)
then we played threelegged soccer.. waa! then the ball flew and hit this girl's eyes.. directly at her eye when it was opened.. then she was wearing hard contact lens lah.. so it was super painful for her.. then sheryl and i brought her back to the bleachers where her bag was so she could remove the contact lens.. poor thing lah.. aiya, but accidents do happen.. heh.. but she's fine now.. =)
then we learnt the dance.. just one song.. don't blame it on the boogie.. i thought the dance steps were alright lah.. then the other song was jamelia's superstar.. but i think my ogl year's dance was nicer!! heh.. and anyway this year they only learn two songs.. but for the past don't know how many years everyone has been learning three songs leh.. ya.. they're quite deprived lah. hahahah.. alot of people say that this year's orientation is like copying my ogl year's orientation.. aiya, but never mind lah.. as long as my grand juniors have fun lah yup? =)
then after that we went to have lunch.. saw kuna and he stared at me for very long.. hahaha! i think he recognised me lah.. he was shocked maybe? hahaahah! alot of j3s came back too.. the ruggers and stuff.. =)
and i met deborah! then we went to meet kenneth.. heh.. he was doing his physics spa stuff.. hahaha.. talked to him for awhile then i joined sheryl and her friends for lunch.. quite weird lah.. 'cos i don't konw them at all.. they're j two this year.. her dance juniors.. so anyway, later i went to talk to deborah.. and she was reading a francine rivers book!!! ahh!! hahahahah! she intro-ed me to the Lineage series.. i must go and find the books man.. heh.. then i intro-ed to her the Mark of the Lion series.. super nice series.. heh.. i still remember last time in mg kes would like read the books over and over again.. heh =) i highly recommend! heh.. =)
after that i joined sheryl again.. then felt quite out of place lah.. 'cos don't know her those dance juinors mah.. so i just slept.. hahahah! then when i woke up right.. wa... pins and needles everywhere ah.. hahaha.. and my arm was aching 'cos of the position i was sleeping in.. hahahah! then anyway deborah called soon after.. thank God! hahaha.. or else i would have been so bored.. then we met kenneth and we were off to see griselda at holland v! heh =)
so nice leh... just the four of us sitting in BK talking about stuff.. heh.. we were teaching gris how to sleep during lectures.. we were talking about physics teachers.. eh? what else ah? hahahah aiya, alot of other stuff lah... hahaha! i think we were there for two hours.. hahahah! and the best part was when kenneth shared with us what jiahao shared we the cg on new year's day.. yup.. i can really see kenneth growing in the Lord leh... and God working in him too.. amazing.. heh =) after that we tried to take some pictures by ourselves.. hahaha.. the first picture i got cut off.. hahaha.. then we gave up and asked a passerby to help us take.. heh.. then gris and deb went separate ways from kenneth and i..
yesterday was really a good day.. heh.. =) i love my cg! heh =) kenneth was complaining why weren't there any other guys from ac who were in our cg.. hahahah! kenneth, trust God lah yup? hahaha =) hey, but you're blessed to at least have us girls in the cg okkkk... hahahah!
anyway i went home and faster turned to pslams 105.. the pslam for this year.. =) it was what jiahao and kenneth shared from too.. "

He gives us the best! =) just like how He gave us Jesus, Heaven's best.. =) our God is a big God =) now my friends are all like worrying about whether they can get a job... what kind of results will they get for their A Levels.. whether they can get into uni.. but God just tells me to relax.. and just rest in His amazing amazing love for me.. heh =) God is so good.. i love Him! heh =)
anyway that night i didn't know what else to do.. and my computer couldn't on.. so i couldn't use the internet.. so i just laid in bed at eight and listened to Hillsongs.. then i didn't exactly fall asleep lah.. but i was just semi-unconcious.. is there such a thing? hahahah! then i just listened to all the praises and worship to God... =) for me i think it's these praise and worship songs through which God speaks to me leh.. the lyrics and stuff.. really.. =) like during HM like that.. =)
then i got out of bed at 10 to watch csi.. it was super interesting! heh.. =) haven't watched it in a long long time.. =) after that i could't sleep.. 'cos i was thinking about stuff.. two things actually.. yup.. but cannot say here lah.. =) only God knows.. =) hai.. but whatever it is right, i talked to God.. and just ask Him to guide me lor.. 'cos i really really really really really really dont' know what to do leh... hai never mind lah.. my trust is in Him! heh =)
ok, i'm suppose to meet my classmates in ac today at twelve thirty.. and guess what time is it?? 12:18pm.. hahahah! oops! hahahahah! never mind lah.. i bet they'll be late too.. =) tomorrow i'm going to send tong and chai off.. actually i didn't plan to.. but mer asked me to accompany her or else it'll be very weird for her 'cos tong's parents will be there and she'll be there alone.. heh.. so i'm going to accompany her lah.. so cute lah she and hazel.. hahahah.. just really hope that they'll be fine after chai and tong go to the army.. it's going to be tough for both parties but hang in there girls! and guys! hahahah! =)
